Subterfuge. Distortion. Redirection. Slander.

Are these the weapons of God? Or Satan? Satan is a liar and the father of lies. The last thing one would expect is that a sect claiming to be the "Remnant Church" would engage in these activities. Yet, that is exactly what the evidence shows. From James White deleting his wife's visions, to Ellen White's hypocrisy, to the sect's handling of Walter Rea and his evidence of plagiarism, to the handling of Dr. Ford and his evidence, to the White Estate's false accusations against D.M. Canright, to the slander in the Great Controversy about non-SDA Christians persecuting SDAs in the end-time, the entire sect's history is riddled with subterfuge. This sect needs to be called out to repent of its 180-year assault on truth and upon other Christians. No Christian group should ever resort to using the tactics of Satan. There are many, many good and honest people in the SDA sect, and they deserve better from their leadership.

The focus of this issue is on religious subterfuge. We have A.C. Long's discovery of the SDA sect hiding the earliest writings of Ellen White. We have Ellen White claiming she was not influenced by others while others were influencing her. We have Ellen White claiming she did not change her "straight line of truth" when she reversed that truth multiple times. It's time for the SDA sect to start telling the truth about Ellen White.

Ellen White—The Backpedaling Prophet

Ellen White claimed she had a "straight line of truth" and was never instructed to change the instructions she sent out. That's the kind of perfection one would expect from a prophet of God. A prophet of God should have a straight line of truth and not have to change it later. Does the evidence support Ellen's claims? Or does it show that she reversed her "straight line of truth" multiple times?
